Tadblu offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects on all jewelry.
Each piece must be handled with care. Damage due to improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, loss of the product or any part thereof, or theft is not covered by the warranty.
Our jewelry should not be exposed to chemicals, makeup, chlorinated water, hot tubs, saunas, or ultrasonic cleaning agents. Damage caused by these factors is not covered by the warranty.
The Tadblu filling space must be sealed after filling. Sealing must be done by a specialist using jewelry glue, available from Tadblu. Damage to the filling space or loss of a cap due to incorrect handling or improper sealing is not covered by the warranty.
Damage to Tadblu jewelry not covered by the warranty can be repaired by Tadblu as part of our customer service. Repair costs depend on the damage that needs to be repaired.
Tadblu recommends wearing jewelry in the morning and removing it before bedtime. Physical exertion can cause unnecessary wear on a piece of jewelry. We advise you to always remove your jewelry before performing household tasks, doing the dishes, swimming, bathing, sunbathing, sauna, exercising or playing sports.
Tadblu leather bracelets are handmade in Belgium with genuine leather. As leather is a natural product, the color of the leather may vary from bracelet to bracelet.
Leather bracelets used daily develop a patina, giving the leather a lightly used appearance. These are normal signs of use.
Any damage or warranty issues will be handled by the partner from whom the jewelry was purchased.
Partners and sellers of Tadblu jewelry will inform their customers about warranty and maintenance instructions. These instructions can be viewed on our website at any time.
